Be owned by you or you must have rights to submit it

3.2 Listing Plans and Fees

We offer two listing options:

Monthly Listing: $6.99/month
Annual Listing: $69.99/year (17% savings)

All fees are:

In US Dollars (USD)
Non-refundable unless legally required
Processed securely through Stripe
Subject to change with notice

3.3 Review Process

Submissions are reviewed within 24 hours
Meeting requirements doesn't guarantee acceptance
We maintain editorial discretion
Listings may be removed if they cease to meet standards

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain and update your listing
Respect intellectual property rights
Not engage in fraudulent activity
Not manipulate platform rankings
Not misuse our service

Disrupt500 name and logo
Selection and arrangement of listings

5.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your tool
You grant us permission to display and promote it
You can request removal at any time

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Processing

All payments handled by Stripe
Secure processing
Automatic renewal unless cancelled
Failed payments may result in listing removal

6.2 Cancellation

Cancel anytime
- No refunds for partial periods
- Listing remains active until period ends
- To cancel your subscription, please email hello@disrupt500.com with:
  - Subject line: "Cancel Subscription"

We will process cancellation requests within 2 business days and send confirmation.
Your tool/product name
The email address used for subscription
Your Stripe receipt/transaction ID (if available)

No warranty of continuous availability
